JHEWA's Operations Division conducted a three-day Facial and Spa Course specifically for new entrepreneurs supported by the department. It provided practical beauty and spa knowledge to help participants start and develop their businesses.
Objektif Program:
-Improve participants' knowledge of skincare and facial techniques.
-Teach spa treatment techniques applicable to their businesses.
-Provide practical skills to increase confidence in offering beauty services.
Hari Pertama:
The first day introduced beauty and skincare basics. Activities included:
Briefings on skin types and suitable products.
Facial technique demonstrations by experienced industry trainers.
Practical sessions to practise techniques, including appropriate tools and products.
Hari Kedua:
The second day focused on spa treatments. Activities included:
Introduction to popular types of spa treatment.
Training in using natural treatment ingredients.
Practical sessions where participants treated one another to gain hands-on experience.
Hari Ketiga:
The final day focused on assessment and reinforcement. Activities included:
Skills assessments in which participants demonstrated techniques learned.
Experience-sharing on challenges and opportunities in the beauty sector.
Feedback and suggestions for improving future programmes.
Kesimpulan:
The Facial and Spa Course achieved its aim of equipping 24 participants with useful knowledge and skills. Participants showed strong interest and engagement and were ready to apply what they learned in their businesses.
