On 20 May 2025, the Nurkaseh Kinabatangan Single Mothers' Association successfully organised a bread, bun and biscuit-making course at its office. The programme received an enthusiastic response from women participants.
The course aimed to encourage entrepreneurship among women and help them participate in a more competitive economy. Participants had opportunities to acquire new skills to improve income and their families' economic independence.
