Tawau, 24 April 2025 — The first-series Women of Substance Leadership Development Workshop for Group 14 was successfully held at Borneo Royale Hotel, Tawau. It was opened by JHEWA Director Puan Hajah Haslina Ismail.
The workshop aimed to empower women in Sabah's public service, particularly newly appointed women officers at grade N41 and above. Qualified speakers Puan Norhana Abdul Jabar and Puan Mazibah Mohd. Zain shared their knowledge and experience in leadership and women's development.
Newly appointed women officers attending demonstrated strong commitment to improving their skills and competencies as future leaders.
The programme is expected to support women's human resource development at state level and contribute to the effectiveness and achievements of Sabah government organisations.
